Those wabisabi kettles are made by the studio Dilu based in Jingdezhen (check here to learn about Dilu).
Those kettles feature an uneven appearance with a bumpy touch, manifesting the art of wabisabi and imperfection. Made of rough clay blended by Dilu themselves, each kettle is finished with a handmade handle made out of wisteria wood and a multiple ball filter in the spout that ensures a smooth pour and no dripping, making it available for boiling water or tea leaves straightly.
Each kettle holds approximately 700 ml. With two colors available for sale , we advise referring to the photos to select from “Black” or “brown” . Please note that due to the nature of handmade pieces, appearance varies slightly from one to another for the same color. So you might get the kettle that has the same color with the photos but appears slightly different. As not glazed on the inside , all kettles shall not be washed using detergents, but rather water only.
