- When you have used any item (tea or teaware), any refund for it will not be accepted.
- When the teaware arrives broken, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will proceed the refund of the item and shipping cost (if any) after confirmation. But you may also apply for delivering another new item and cover the balance or we will return the balance depending the price of the new item.
- When the items received are not the same with your order in full , probably including incorrect items , damaged items or lacking of some items, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will deal with the case ASAP and proceed the refund accordingly.
- We won’t be able to proceed any return of tea if it is exactly what you have ordered.
- If you finally intend to return any item with our confirmation made by email, we will not be obligated for the shipping of return. We will go on the clear refund process only after receiving the item and confirming it is in good condition for using .
