B(rectangular): 37 * 11* 4.5c
Note:Please note as the wood of those trays is not freshly from the wild, characterised by imperfection and so-called flaws. If you are addicted to perfection, this series of trays will not be your taste at all.
Artist: Those wooden trays are handmade by a craftsman, Wu Jianghai from Jingdezhen. With a long-term passion for tea and teaware, Wu quit the marketing job and devoted himself to making wooden tea set accessories. Aimed to incorporate the ancient elements into the modern tea-brewing, he spent a lot of time on the bunt for antique wood as materials and retaining the organic texture in the finished crafts as much as possible. To a great extent, his crafts heighten the sense of wabi-sabi to a tea ceremony, reflecting his appreciation of nature's force and a quest for a simple life.
