Gaiwan A features a creamy white surface with spiral texture throughout, feeling bumpy but soft. The cracks will be created and deepen with use in gaiwan A. Gaiwan B has a different glaze of body from gaiwan A which is speckled with white spots , textured with spiral paths.
Both gaiwans hold approximately 120ml liquid. As the inside is glazed same with the exterior, making all teas available for brewing in those gaiwans.
